At VOL528HZ, every bottle is prepared with care to provide an intentional hydration experience.

Due to the nature of bottled water products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging or product
• A description of the issue

We will review the situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Subscription Cancellation

VOL528HZ memberships are flexible. You may skip or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal.

Changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid processing of the upcoming shipment.
